Note: The 3rd bedroom is a flex room which has an oversized L-shaped couch (see pics and description). When needed, it's used as additional sleeping arrangements as single bed(s). Check in was simple and easy, host even offered us a later checkout if needed. We ended up not needing it. But so greatful he gave us that opportunity. The place was clean other than a slight fruit fly problem but it’s Florida it’s expected & in the flex room the cleaning crew didn’t sweep behind the bean bags. Other than that a very beautiful house. Was a bit noisy, Friday night had multiple police cars flying down the road. & our pizza guy had a issue delivering due to the police presence. That was a bit scary but other than that felt safe. Thank you again! We would absolutely stay here again.
