You have the option to rent both houses or just one of them!
This means that if you rent only one of the two houses, the other house will NOT be rented out during that time.

Here’s what a vacation at Finca Fortuna Casa SOL has to offer.

Casa Sol is well-maintained and tastefully furnished.
The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with everything you need for self-catering.
The first bathroom features two sinks and a relaxing bathtub.
The second bathroom features two sinks with a rain shower and massage jets, plus an additional hot/cold shower outside by the pool.
Set amid a large, well-maintained garden, you’ll enjoy spectacular views of the sea, the Aridane Valley, and the surrounding mountains, as well as Europe’s (currently) youngest volcano.

The Finca Fortuna complex consists of two residential buildings,
and you can rent either the entire Finca Fortuna or just one of the two houses.
Max. 8 people plus toddlers. (4 people per house)
1 baby crib / 1 high chair / 1 stroller

The large saltwater pool is operated in an environmentally friendly manner
without chlorine or other chemicals, using solar heating.

The property was almost completely renovated in 2024 and is constantly maintained to the highest standards.
It has been made accessible for wheelchair users and those with mobility impairments in almost all areas.

The German-speaking property manager, Mr. Marco Giuffrida, is available on-site to assist you with any needs.
