Perfect location and great condo! Easy check in process. Just bring a sleeping mask, one of the beds is under sky lights and very bright in the living room. Perfect location next to the Main Street.

We loved this place, great location. So clean and appreciated we didn’t have to pack or buy laundry soap, dish soap, shampoo/conditioner, spices and condiments. So many rental places don’t have those things and I hate to buy and waste stuff. Loved walking along the river and having coffee every morning on the balcony while people watching. Only 10 minutes to Rocky Mountains. Best meal was at Full Throttle and favorite coffee at River Walk. Their coffee cake was amazing! Highly recommend a tour at the Stanley Hotel.

Very convenient for a place to stay and walk to shops, restaurants etc. Our family 5 were completely comfortable and liked the large family dinning table for playing games

Check in process with Vacasa was miserable. Sent us incorrect access codes, and had to wait on hold standing outside the unit for a while to get the correct code from someone who was nowhere local. Really pretty unacceptable. My second bad experience with them as a property manager to the point where I'm reluctant to book another property they manage. The unit itself was very nice and modern, with some asterisks. No "real" coffee maker, just a keurig. In this day and age, just have a drip coffee maker and some filters in the unit. Also worth mentioning, the second bed is basically in the middle of the kitchen / living room with no privacy, you'll need to decide if that matters to you, it didn't for us because there were just two of us. But, the unit itself was extremely nice, clean, and more "high end" than most that I've stayed in otherwise. It is right at the end of the main street in downtown Estes park, so location was great. Parking is in the parking lot behind the unit, so it's a little bit more of an effort to get all your stuff from the car, up the stairs or elevator to the unit and back. All said and done, I'd come back, with the asterisk about the Property Management.
