Great comfortable little house. Not far from the beach. No traffic through the neighborhood. Nice to be able to cook a full meal at the house.

Property in great location and only about a 5 minute walk to beach. However, the house was pretty well used and abused. Holes and stains on carpet, windows that wouldn’t lock all the way or stay open, downstairs shower leaks, lots of chipped paint and what looks to be water damage. The house also had a musty smell to it.
