Discover an extraordinary living experience in the heart of the imperial spa town of Heringsdorf at the Baltisches Haus 05 vacation rental. Located in the charming attic—the second floor of this extensively modernized building—this 69 m² apartment offers you a retreat with a genuine loft-style atmosphere. The central location is ideal: Just 600 meters away, you’ll find the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach and the famous pier, allowing you to enjoy Usedom’s maritime charm at any time. What makes this apartment special is its open-concept layout, which seamlessly blends living, cooking, and sleeping areas. Bright, exposed wooden beams meet a stylish, slightly darker and cooler color scheme, which—combined with the abundant natural light streaming in through the many skylights—creates a unique, modern, yet cozy atmosphere.

The integrated kitchen features an open layout and is fully equipped with high-quality appliances such as a ceramic cooktop, oven, and dishwasher; the dining table right next to it is perfect for cozy meals. In the living area, you can relax on the sofa and use your own streaming services, such as Netflix or Amazon Prime, thanks to the smart TV. An absolute highlight is the sleeping area: It can be separated from the rest of the room with a curtain if needed and features a comfortable double bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m). The best part is the view from the bed straight through the skylights—so you can gaze at the stars at night. Blackout options for a restful sleep and a closet are, of course, provided. Living comfort is enhanced by a high-quality bathroom with a shower and a sleeper sofa that offers additional flexibility.

All apartments in the building have been extensively renovated with the involvement of a building biologist. The entire interior was designed by the team at Green Living www.greenliving.de, a specialist in healthy living environments. This ensures you can enjoy the best of the Nordic sea air even indoors, as all furniture and textiles have been rigorously tested.

To round out your relaxing vacation, a communal sauna is available in the building, which promises to be especially soothing on cooler days. To ensure a stress-free start, all the essentials are already provided on-site. A private parking space and free Wi-Fi are included in the offer. You can park your vehicle conveniently and securely in a free parking space in the parking garage just 100 meters away. Even the youngest guests are provided for with a travel crib (without linens) and a high chair. Practical extras, such as the lockable bike storage room with e-bike charging and the coin-operated washers and dryers, round out the overall package of this exceptional attic apartment.
