Ideally located in Saint-François, La Papaye Jaune is in a quiet residential area, just a few minutes' walk from the marina, its restaurants, bars, shops, bakeries and supermarkets. This location allows you to fully enjoy the local atmosphere without the need for a car. The town's golf course and beaches, including the Plage des Raisins Clairs, are also within walking or cycling distance.
The accommodations are a freshly renovated apartment, designed to accommodate up to 5 people. It has 3 bedrooms: one with a queen size bed, one with a double bed, and a third serving as an office with a single bed, ideal for a teenager or a teleworker. All the spaces are well ventilated, comfortable and functional.
The large covered terrace becomes a real living room: you will find a large table, garden furniture, ceiling fans, and an atmosphere conducive to relaxation.
The villa is connected to fiber optics, perfect for streaming or teleworking. The presence of a 2000-liter buffer tank with filters ensures drinking water from the tap and avoids the inconvenience of water cuts.
La Papaye Jaune is the ideal base for an authentic, practical and relaxing holiday, just a stone's throw from everything.
