A charming two-bedroom apartment benefitting from a private balcony and located within a few minutes walk of Poole Quay, Poole town and all its facilities.
The Space:
A bright, contemporary two-bedroom apartment, sleeping up to three, furnished to a high standard in the popular Harbourside Park development, located within a few minutes walk of Poole Quay and Poole Town, making it a great base to explore the harbour, local blue flag beaches and the Jurassic Coast. Waterside Park public boat slipway is just a short distance away.
Stairs to first floor with open plan living, dining area and kitchen, benefitting from a private balcony off the living room, overlooking a quiet residential area. Stairs leading up to the 1st floor with Master Bedroom (5ft kingsize double bed), second bedroom (3ft single bed). Bathroom (bath with shower over, sink and toilet).
Parking - There is one dedicated parking space.
Services - Duvets and linen provided (including bath and beach towels). Central Heating. Hairdryer.
Technology – 50" smart TV and Wi-Fi.
Kitchen - Gas Hob, Oven, undercounter Fridge with inbuilt Freezer, Microwave and Washing Machine.
Restrictions - No smoking. Pets permitted.
Same day bookings can be accepted if received before to 6pm (4pm on Sundays) when our office closes. Arrivals out of office hours can be organised if requests are received before 6pm (4pm on Sundays).

Harbourside Park is a low-density development of town houses and apartments built approximately 25 years ago offering a great strategic location adjoining Baiter`s harbourside park, close to Poole Park with its scenic level walkways, and yet only 10 minute`s stroll into Old Poole and its historic Quayside.

Was a little unsure booking a property with no reviews but taking advantage of that rarest of things a sunny Bank Holiday weekend forced our hand. Once we arrived at the property all our concerns disappeared it is well located, well equipped and so clean and fresh we felt like we were the first to rent it.All in all a great little place to stay
