Treat yourself to a wonderful break in this holiday home with sea views and close to the beach.

This cosy house is the ideal retreat for a soothing break from everyday life. Light-flooded rooms, natural stone elements and a beautiful wooden look create an atmosphere in which you will quickly feel at home. Lean back on the comfortable sofas with a cup of coffee, listen to your favourite music or spend an enjoyable evening in front of the TV.

Early in the morning, the terrace invites you to linger over a morning coffee and watch the play of colours as the sun rises. Enjoy the wonderful panoramic view of the sea and the Mediterranean vegetation that surrounds you. Have a hearty breakfast here and then find a spot to read or daydream undisturbed.

Only a few metres separate you from the beach, where the clear waters of Kvarner Bay and the well-tended bathing areas invite you to spend relaxing hours by the sea. Stroll along the quiet promenade in Selce and take a break in one of the cafés in this charming coastal town. If you want to experience a little more, you can reach the lively town of Crikvenica in a short time, which offers additional variety with its harbour, restaurants and a beautiful town beach.
