Treat yourself to a dream holiday in this holiday apartment with pool and close to the beach.

This apartment impresses with its harmonious blend of modernity and cosiness. Large window fronts, warm wooden elements and subtle colours create an atmosphere in which you will quickly feel at home. Whether you're streaming your favourite series, having a fun game night or trying out new recipes in the modern kitchen, here you set the pace of your day.

Dive into the pool, which you share with others, first thing in the morning and enjoy a refreshing dip. Have breakfast in peace on your terrace or relax on the deckchairs with a cool drink. Browse through your holiday reading and end the evening relaxing with a glass of wine.

Take a leisurely stroll to the beach and enjoy the colours of the Adriatic Sea, which gives Zadar its Mediterranean charm. In the old town centre, you will discover Roman traces, small squares and lively alleyways that invite you to stroll and linger. In the evening, the famous Sea Organ and the Greeting to the Sun beckon, where sound, light and sea combine to create a special experience. If you want to explore the surrounding area, the nearby islands and nature parks are wonderful destinations for day trips into the Dalmatian countryside.
