Über diese villa dieses Ferienunterkunft
This stunning 3 building 8 bedroom villa in the heart of Austin's brewery district (backs up to Jester King!) is the perfect location for a group getaway! Three separate buildings total 8 bedrooms and sleeps up to 30! Amazing pool, hot tub and all sorts of games...disc golf, pingpong, bumper pool, air hockey, 2 arcades and a pinball machine +++. You are right in the heart of the brewery district and on 2.5 secluded acres have all the privacy you could want! This is the place!!!
The main house features 4 bedrooms each with their own full bath. Large open concept living/dining/kitchen opens with large sliding doors to the patio overlooking the heated pool. The first casita has its own kitchenette and full bath and is the same high finish as the main house and has a game room bunkhouse. Second casita has bedrooms with their own sliding glass door access to the hot tub deck and share a Jack-n-Jill bath.
Guest will be given a gate and door codes and have plenty of parking in the big circle drive.
Right off of Austin's desirable Fitzhugh Road with King Jester Brewery literally right around the corner. This location gives you all the access to Austin 20 minutes (or so) while being nestled in the hill country destination distilleries, breweries, and vineyards that make this part of Austin a hot destination. Day hike at Pedernales Falls or take a dip in famous Hamilton Pool...you won't run out of things to do!
Tons of parking on premises. Need to drive or Uber to get to most places but property does back up to Jester King.
If you want to do a big group note our extra guest fees under house rules.

We have a group of old HS/College friends that gathers once a year to hang out and catch up. This property served as the perfect backdrop for us. Plenty of space to hangout both inside and outside, more than enough beds, and everything was tidy and clean. And while our group was all adults- I could definitely see my kids enjoying staying here and never wanting to leave. Highly recommend!

This was a beautiful home. My family and I really enjoyed ourselves there. There was ample space for everyone to spread out and have a good time. We even had a snafu on our last day and it was taken care of with such care and understanding. It's a great thing to see that people like this still around serving others. Many thanks and blessings to them for taking care of us! I would recommend this and their other properties 10 out of 10!

Pool was amazing, property has a disc golf course, tons of activities to enjoy!! Plenty of space for multiple families, highly recommend staying here, very clean, fast communication, fully stocked kitchen, would leave 10 stars if that was an option
