Set just off the beach road, you’re perfectly positioned to walk to cafés, restaurants and boutiques, with major grocery stores only a short drive away for easy stocking up. When you’re ready for the sand, enjoy curated beach club access, where our team can reserve loungers and create relaxed, effortless days by the sea.



Inside, Naluna features a thoughtful layout with two king bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living area, comfortably hosting your family or small group. The design blends clean, modern lines with warm jungle textures, creating a calm, elevated space to unwind.



Step outside to your private plunge pool, ideal for morning coffee, golden hour cocktails or a refreshing dip after the beach. As part of Samsara, you’ll also have access to two large pools, a co-work area, gym and open-air yoga space, making it just as easy to work remotely as it is to relax.



Our concierge services can arrange airport transfers, beach clubs, private chefs, in-condo massages, tours and activities, so your only job is to arrive and enjoy. Naluna Jungle Condo is an elegant base for experiencing Tulum with the ease and service of a boutique hotel.

Tulum is a small town with boutique areas. For true walkable beach access, choose the Hotel Zone. From other areas, it’s a quick, seamless transfer—car, scooter, taxi, or bike—and we’re happy to help arrange it. See our map for real-world timing at a glance. Allow extra time to get to beach in high season as there can be traffic.



Beach access:

In Tulum, the best beaches sit behind private beach clubs. We've built the access quietly, through direct relationships with ten of the Mexican Caribbean's most sought-after clubs — Gitano, Hotel Panamera, and Umi among them. After booking, you'll receive the Jungle Luxe guest concierge app, where each club's current terms, minimums, and character are set out in detail. Beach day reservations are placed directly in the app the day before — one tap, no back-and-forth — so your morning opens with a confirmed name on the list.

A note on how Tulum works. Most clubs here operate on a minimum consumption: a set food-and-drink spend that stands in for entry. It's standard here, and amounts vary by club. Through October, many waive or ease minimums entirely; in high season, they firm up. The app maps it out ahead of time, so there's nothing to negotiate on the sand. Outside food and drink aren't permitted — everything comes from the club's kitchen.

For a free option, there are public beach access points and a small handful of Tulum hotels keep public beach access open. We'll point you to the ones worth the trip for your week, with honest notes on chair availability and crowds.

The Neighborhood:

The Coba Road area is one of Tulum’s most convenient and accessible neighborhoods. You’ll find paved roads, bike paths, and sidewalks that make it easy to reach the beach in just five minutes by bike. Along the way, enjoy the mix of grocery stores, pharmacies, boutiques, and restaurants, all within walking distance. Its central location means you’re close to everything while still being in a relaxed, easy-to-navigate part of town.

Drivers- we have private transportation to and from both Cancun and Tulum airports as well as around Tulum during your stay, our drivers are federally registered and offer fair pricing.

Bikes- we can recommend places to rent

Scooters, ATV’s Rental Cars - we can assist with rental and can be delivered to your condo/villa
