I should mention that the apartment is a basement apartment, meaning it's slightly sunk into the ground. However, thanks to the two patio doors that lead to the communal garden, this isn't a problem (there's plenty of natural light). However, this does make the apartment a bit more humid. A dehumidifier is running, but it can be turned off if you wish. Please only turn it back on when you leave.
