The adjacent dining (seating for 8) and living areas have a gas fireplace and 75-inch SmartTV (streaming only), and double-story windows with views of Baldy Mountain, as well as access to a generously furnished West-side patio. The East side of the main level has a cozy twin-over-full bedroom with an en suite 3/4 bath, a powder room, a pantry, and a laundry room with a stacked washer/dryer, utility sink, and granite counters.

Upstairs, the primary King bedroom has a sitting area, a 55-inch SmartTV (streaming only), and access to a covered patio with a table, 2 chairs, and views towards Sun Valley and the White Cloud mountains. The en suite full bath has a walk-in closet, double sink vanity, and a glassed walk-in bathing area with shower, soaking tub, and mountain views. Across the upstairs/3rd floor entry is a charming full-over-full bunk room with built-in stairs for safe and easy access. Even without a window, this room is sure to delight guests both young and old. Next to the 3rd floor separate entrance is a mud room with a bench, cubbies, and hooks to store winter or summer gear.

This property has one assigned covered parking space directly outside the ground-level building entrance. Additional vehicles should use street parking or the paid parking lot 2 blocks away.
