We’re happy to host pets! Please review our guidelines:
• Maximum of 2 pets per reservation
• No aggressive breeds
• 50 lb weight limit
• $250 one-time, non-refundable pet fee
• We may decline pets that are not a good fit for the community

Mid-Term Stay Prep

We primarily host mid-term stays, though short visits are welcome when availability allows.
Because the units are set up for longer stays, we provide starter essentials only: one roll of toilet paper, paper towels, and one trash bag. Please plan to bring or purchase additional supplies for your stay.

Maintenance Access

To keep the property safe and well-maintained:
• Annual preventive maintenance may require brief access for smoke detector checks, HVAC filters, etc. We will always notify you beforehand.
• For emergency issues (leaks, electrical hazards, etc.), if we cannot reach you within [X] hours, management may enter to prevent damage.

Occupants & Guest Policy

• The name on the reservation must match the primary occupant
• Please ensure the reservation reflects all guests and pets staying in the home

Mailbox Access

• Available upon request and not guaranteed
• Activation may take up to 24 business hours
• Requires a $35 refundable key deposit

Community Guidelines

• Be respectful of shared spaces and neighbors
• Keep noise to a minimum during late hours
• Dispose of trash and recycling in designated areas
