Location was great

The balcony door was broken, and the bed was separated in between which was totally uncomfortable

The room was very clean, and the staff's behavior was excellent.

nice

nice

Spacious , comfortable bed and good location.

1. Not clean at all. It had Sofa that looked worn out by Roaches. I rather not keep such sofa in such big property and make the room look cleaner. It wasn't removed even upon request. 2. Gym and other things are sham. Pool is mentioned as paid. But gym is also paid. And the amount charged in not less and more than common price in any non economical place. You shouldn't mention it in your pictures or facilities when it is not. 3. The frown or expression on staff face wasnt great when I said I will checkout at 11.30 and not 11. He said 11 sir and some unfriendly expression. And the sad thing was I was in room with power off for last 1hr after the guy left. Looks like it was done on purpose. Another staff switched it off from imagine when I was leaving the room.
