Wimala Farm House

Beautiful room in a very quiet location. Gorgeous surroundings. Great staff, Andy was very helpful with booking excursions, motorbike rentals and advice in general. Breakfast was good even though a bit limited. Staff super friendly in general.

It’s very far from the nearest village ( about 30 mins) where there is nothing much anyway. Food menu is very limited and after 3 days it gets very boring. Room not cleaned during our 4 day stay. Only bed made. We had to ask for fresh towels. Coffee cups never washed

Everything!! Wimala is such an amazing and quiet retreat near munduk. The staff was super friendly and helpfull. The restaurant was even better!! Wimala has amazing breakfast lunch and dinner options that make it an absolute delight to stay for a couple days. The surroundings are equally amazing. There are several hiking trials that lead to almost private waterfalls and lagoons. Because of its remote location this gave us the feeling we could experience a piece of Bali’s beautiful nature privately. I would 100% recommend this beautiful spot to anyone who visits Bali and wants a truly quiet little retreat. There are only a few rooms so not many other tourists . Last but not least the property has a beautiful garden full of fruit and avocado trees!

Andy and Made are fantastic hosts. The location, while a bit isolated, is absolutely wonderful. The food prepared at the restaurant was the best tasting Balinese food we ate in all of Bali. Made with love by Made. Andy organised a driver, Palguna, who was always available and accommodating. He shared his local knowledge as well as driving us all over. All the team appear to be great friends. Andy is the manager. He once introduced us to the owner who likes to work in the extensive gardens with the other gardeners. You wouldn’t pick him as the owner of such a nice property, he is so down to earth. Avocado, cloves, coffee, durian, vanilla, mangosteen are but a few of the plants. Nice pool, nice beds, hot showers, beautiful gardens.
