The property offers very easy access to the city centre, just 5–10 minutes from the heart of the city. A wide variety of multi-cultural food options are conveniently available nearby, and the staff are friendly and helpful.

There is no children’s pool or BBQ area available.

Had a wonderful casual staycation with my partner at Dua Sentral Transit Suites KL Sentral. The location is super convenient, walking distance to NU Sentral and there's a bus top just outside the TNB building entrance, making everything easily accessible. The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable — perfect for relaxing and spending quality time together. Despite the central location, it was peaceful and quiet. Great value for money and a smooth, hassle-free stay. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend for couples 💕

The room was spacious and I liked that the room had a sofabed. The room also had a complete tableware and with the convenience store downstairs, maggi kari at 2AM was 💯

Hygiene: The room had baby cockroaches everywhere but mostly in the closet and drawers TV was not working. Kept showing “No Signal” Electrical kettle already had water inside when I wanted to use it for the first time. I might be wrong but this could only mean that the kettle wasn’t cleaned last time it was used. Staff: I went to the receptionist to ask if they could validate the parking for the property guests. One of the staffs were too busy with their phone so I went to the other staff and naturally asked in Malay. The staff didn’t speak Malay, so I asked in Englis. The process of me translating the question, the staff explaining a few times since I couldn’t understang were only “observed” by the other staff. That staff suddenly spoke up and explained to me in Malay. I just thought that the stuff could have done that from the very beginning and save everyone’s time
