Fairly new furniture in the kitchen. Parking spot.

Overall the apartment is far from luxury, maybe it was 10 years ago. I would not stay again, at this price find something better. The bedroom window was very dirty and dusty, you could see they had not cleaned the window frame in months. The living room floor was not cleaned and there was a condom under the sofa. The sofa is not expandible! The kitchen utensils were not sufficient- they had only 2 forks and 2 small knives. You could not even cut a bread, no big knife. The doors were worn in the bathroom and bedroom. There is no AC in the bedroom. The apartment is at the ground floor.
