ROOST Rainey

Good location and the property amenities are excellent. Suites are very spacious.

You are essentially staying in a residential apartment block as a serviced apartment. The suites themselves are a little sparse on clothing storage space despite the size of the suites. I’d suggest you need to add some draws and extra hangers into the wardrobes. The location is a blessing and a curse, extremely noisy at night time until the early hours. Location to the lake though is amazing . The pool is generally in the shade. Hard to find a time when the sun is actually on the pool area (which is a shame as it’s an amazing space)

Modern and all amenities for wellness and a cafe & restaurant

Nothing

The amenities really make this place. The wellness facilities are genuinely top tier and far beyond what you’d expect from a typical hotel. Having access to it all made the entire stay

Rainey Street can be extremely loud and lively, particularly on weekends. It’s worth being aware that the noise from the surrounding bars and nightlife can continue late into the night

The space of the room and comfortable beds!

The downside is the parking and too much noise!!
