Comfortable, clean and tidy. A very comfortable bed. The staff are friendly and helpful. Location is great with many restaurants and shops in the area.

It's possible that the drains in the bathroom do not have the U-bends that prevent the sewer smell from coming into the room. There are a lot of fresheners but, unfortunately, the smell is too strong. We kept the bathroom door closed the whole time.

On the price it was a good deal

I had booked a room online and received confirmation for my selected category. However, upon arriving at the property, I was informed that the room was unavailable and was asked to make a new booking. This forced me to pay a higher price due to increased rates. After a long drive, it was extremely inconvenient to go through the entire booking process again when I simply wanted to check in and rest. The situation reflects a clear mismatch between the online system and on-ground availability, along with a lack of coordination, which caused unnecessary hassle.
