The Space:

Snow settles quietly along Fitzsimmons Creek while the peaks of Blackcomb rise beyond your windows. After a day on the mountain, you slip into the hot tub as cold alpine air swirls overhead, then gather inside where vaulted ceilings and a gas-burning fireplace cast a steady glow. Evenings unfold with the soft crackle of the fire, mountain views framed in glass, and the calm rhythm of winter in Whistler.



Living spaces

The open-concept main level brings everyone together beneath soaring ceilings. The living area centers around the indoor fireplace and TV, with a sound system for relaxed nights in. Just beyond, the dining space and kitchen flow easily for shared meals and conversation. On the lower level, a second living room with a wet bar creates a comfortable setting for movie nights or game days, offering extra room to spread out after time on the slopes.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking at home, with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, freezer, and all the essentials you need for preparing meals. A coffee maker and hot water kettle make early mornings easy before heading out, while the dining table invites long dinners and warm drinks as snow falls outside. When conditions allow, step onto the patio or balcony for fresh mountain air, with outdoor furniture and a BBQ grill available year-round.



Sleeping arrangements

The townhouse sleeps 8 guests across 4 bedrooms and 5 beds. Upstairs, the primary suite features a king bed, private balcony, and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub, double vanity, and glass-enclosed shower. A second bedroom offers a queen bed and mountain views, while a third bedroom includes a twin bunk bed. These rooms share a bathroom with a shower-over-tub. On the lower level, a fourth bedroom with a queen bed sits near a bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower. Bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, clothing storage, and essentials are provided, along with a washer, dryer, and iron.



Outdoor living

Winter evenings are best spent moving between the hot tub and the warmth of the outdoor fireplace, wrapped in crisp mountain air. The patio or balcony provides a quiet vantage point over the creek, while the private entrance make arrivals seamless. The private 2-car garage in the underground parkade provides convenient parking and a dedicated space to store bikes, while the mudroom offers practical storage for ski gear before you settle in for the night.

Air conditioning, heating, and portable fans ensure comfort in every season. Wifi for remote work, and self check-in with a smart lock offers flexibility on arrival. Safety features include a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, and fire extinguisher.

Located in Fitzsimmons Walk just north of Whistler Village, this townhouse sits along the Valley Trail beside Fitzsimmons Creek. The setting feels peaceful yet connected, with shops, restaurants, and gondolas within about a ten-minute walk along a scenic winter path. Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. Parking is provided in a two-car private garage located within the secure underground parking lot. Check-in is contactless, with access granted via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Fitzsimmons Walk is located just north of Whistler Village, along the Valley Trail and beside Fitzsimmons Creek. This quiet, upscale enclave offers a rare mix of privacy, mountain views, and walkable access to shops, restaurants, and the gondolas. Nesters Market is just across the road for groceries and essentials, and the village is a 10–minute walk via a scenic trail. The area is ideal for guests seeking a peaceful setting close to Whistler’s core amenities.



Getting Around:

• 7-minute walk to the north end of the Village Stroll

• 4-minute walk to Nesters Market and surrounding shops & restaurants

• 2-minute drive to the Whistler day parking lots

• 20-minute walk or 15-minute cycle to the Lost Lake trails

• A public bus stop is located just outside the complex entrance, on the corner of Blackcomb Way and Nancy Greene Drive.

• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
