The building is located directly on the Nebel and only about 500 metres away you will find a historic water mill. The Nebel valley offers numerous cycling and hiking opportunities. Kuchelmiß is part of the Mecklenburg Lake District, which is ideal for swimming and boat trips. There are also many leisure activities in the surrounding area, including a golf course, a bowling alley, an observation tower and the Güstrow adventure pool.
