On the ground floor there is also one of the three bedrooms with a single bed and a guest WC. The upper floor surprises with a spacious sleeping area, a seating area, another comfortable bedroom with a box-spring bed and a spacious shower room.

Outside, our spacious terrace, which is for your exclusive use, invites you to relax. Enjoy the idyllic view with a glass of wine and use our barbecue for cosy evenings at dusk. The lovingly designed garden with fruit trees, swings and a pavilion with party lighting and music offer the perfect retreat. Three parking spaces are available for visitors arriving by car.

The area surrounding our house is a paradise for nature and culture lovers. Only 2 km from Poseritz and 27 km from Bergen auf Rügen, there is a wide range of activities such as cycling, walking and cycling tours. Riding stables, a golf course, a marina and opportunities for fishing and swimming are all within easy reach. The picturesque Baltic seaside resorts of Binz, Sellin, Baabe and the historic towns of Stralsund and Greifswald also invite you to explore.
