Our cozy vacation apartments offer you a relaxing getaway with everything you need to feel at home. The guesthouse features 3 rustic-style vacation apartments. In the new country house, two newly built, spacious vacation apartments await you—featuring plenty of wood, lots of light, and a genuine feeling of home. They were built with great care and in collaboration with local craftsmen using natural materials—thoughtfully designed and offering ample space to relax. Our new vacation apartments, “Alpenblick” and “Bergblick,” in the stylish country house have been available for booking since July 2025 and are rated with the highest distinction, F*****.
A garden pavilion with a breathtaking view of the lake and mountains is open to all guests—ideal for barbecuing, reading, daydreaming, or enjoying a cozy summer evening.
Right on our doorstep, our private beach invites you to swim, sunbathe, or go boating. Two rowboats are available. Younger guests love splashing around in the shallow water and playing in the yard: a pedal-powered bulldog, go-karts, a swing, a slide, and a sandbox provide plenty of variety.
You’ll never get bored indoors either: A cozy lounge, table tennis, foosball, satellite TV, a washing machine, and a large 180 m² game room offer plenty of space for fun, games, and relaxation—no matter the weather.

Farmstay Our spacious vacation rental offers plenty of room for families or couples: One bedroom (13.6 m²) with a large double bed and another bedroom (also 13.6 m²) with a double bed and a single bed positioned crosswise above it (accessible via stairs) ensure a restful night’s sleep.
The 25 m² living room invites you to relax, while the fully equipped kitchen (15.2 m²) is ideal for shared meals. A modern bathroom measuring 9.6 m² rounds out the living space.
A large balcony with a view of the greenery and Lake Waginger rounds out the living experience—ideal for a relaxed start to the day or a quiet evening with a glass of wine.
Additional highlights: A garage parking space with an electric charging station, a bike storage room with 220 V outlets for e-bikes, and access to the 180 m² children’s playroom provide additional comfort and family-friendly amenities. Out of consideration for guests with allergies, pets are unfortunately not allowed in this vacation rental.

We, Andreas and Sabine Albanbauer, warmly welcome you to the Stadlerhof—a lovingly run farm right on Lake Waging. Together with our family, we live and work here in harmony with nature and take great joy in farming. Our guests are welcome to take a look behind the scenes: feed the animals, help out in the barn, or simply experience farm life up close.
