The villa was built in 1963 by a family who loves Cap-Ferret. The architecture was inspired by the traditional “Arcachon” style. Pets are not allowed.
Check-in is at 3:00 p.m. Any special requests regarding this schedule must be made in advance and, in any case, cannot be later than 5:00 p.m. Check-out is at 10:00 a.m. Any special requests regarding this schedule must also be made in advance and, in any case, cannot be earlier than 9:00 a.m.
A deposit of 1,000 € is required at check-in cash: a) returned at check-out if no damage is found, or b) within a maximum period of one month, after deducting, where applicable, the amounts necessary to cover damages or, if necessary, the cost of a cleaning service.
All linens required for the number of guests specified are provided free of charge. They must be returned clean (with the exception of the last set used on the morning of checkout).
A RAINBIRD automatic irrigation system operates at night. Upon request, we can temporarily stop it or possibly adjust the schedule.
A camera is installed at the entrance (the only one, to protect your privacy) but is necessary for surveillance against burglars, etc.
Housekeeping: The villa, its furnishings, and the surrounding area must be left clean upon check-out and restored to the condition in which they were found at check-in.
