Exactly as listed. Clean, comfortable, and with an updated interior. The host was very responsive when I had a question or concern. I especially appreciated the detailed binder outlining everything upon arrival. The location is convenient, with grocery stores nearby. As expected with an apartment setting, I would occasionally hear outside noise, though it didn’t disturb my sleep. The layout feels private without being secluded, and the greenery view with sunlight on the back porch was my favorite part. It’s a great spot if you like to change up your scenery while staying in.

Delightful home! The unit is clean, nicely decorated, comfortable and spacious. The location was perfect for us (we were visiting family in the immediate area), and it is close enough to local attractions - just a short drive to Siesta Key and the beach! The host was very responsive to all our questions, and responded immediately to the one time we needed to contact him during our stay. All in all, we enjoyed our time in the condo and would definitely stay again if the need arises.

We really enjoyed our stay at this nice condo in Sarasota. The place was extremely clean and in a great location—very close to a bank, Publix, and Starbucks, and not too far from the beach, which was perfect. The balcony backs up to a golf course, offering a beautiful and relaxing view. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Overall, an A place and we would definitely stay here again.
