The buildings communal areas are not at all impacted by load shedding and will always have power. The communal areas include coworking spaces, private zoom/working rooms, TV room, Library Room, Laundry Room, Deck with a gas BBQ

Enjoy a movie in our television room, or a sundowner and BBQ on our deck, we also offer a quiet lounge for you to work/read a book. Kindly note that the laundry room facility will be at an additional charge.

This is a self catering unit, we do provide the basics (tea, coffee and sugar). We have hotel quality linens. Stays of 8 nights or longer will receive complimentary mid-stay changeovers.

We do provide enough Electricity for guest stays, a fair usage policy will apply to all reservations. For Stays of 8 nights or longer additional electricity may be for the guests account.

Please note that there is some construction taking place in the surrounds. There may be some noise from Monday to Saturday 08h00 to 17h00
