Very spacious room, with everyting we needed for our three nights stay in Memphis. Very nice to have the parking cellar for our car. What we wanted to see was in walking distance
The toilet seat was too small for the toilet.

Smooth stay, large accomodation and would recommend
Location a few minutes walk from Beale Street through some sketchy streets (not a problem for us)

it was comfortable apart from the couch/bed in the living room
it was nicely decorated including record player and records but the guitar was broken
it was clean but had poor quality towels but they gave us some better ones
the kitchen had useful utensils and the drawers were clearly marked
it had secure parking that was included
the sofa bed was uncomfortable

Great communication with owners, loft comfortable and very clean throughout. Good location, easy to walk everywhere and parking available in the basement. Was able to have a slightly earlier check in which was really helpful. Wish we could have stayed longer, home from home!
A little bit of foot fall noise from the lofts above and either side but it was minimal.
