Clean, excellent layout for family to be together or have own quiet space when needed. Had everything we needed to enjoy the night stay.

If anything that I would say is that there was not much outside leisure options. Little thing really and not completely necessary for our stay this time. Back Patio was nice and offered beautiful views of local scenery, but back didn’t feel very friendly for kids to play in.

Only one TV in the house

Great location for a family or group wishing to explore the nearby National Parks.

The location was great for us to go to Zion the next morning.

When we arrived, the house was pretty hot and stuffy, we left the doors open and opened the windows, but it was pretty warm. We contacted the owners who let us know that they had not yet turned on the air conditioning. We were a little frustrated by that because there were six of us sharing space and it was pretty warm. Additionally, I had reached out early to ask about coffee, we got coffee ready the night before and turned it on at 4:30 AM the next morning, it took over an hour to brew a half of a pot. We went ahead and started the second pot of coffee and the same thing happened. I believe both coffee makers need to be replaced.
