Great cabin. Loads of space. Well kitted out. Nice little touches like including dishwasher capsules and washing up liquid. Clean and tidy. Communication was great.

Accommodation was finished to the highest standard and far exceeded expectations. As a self catering property it is probably unbeatable, being a few hundred yards from all restaurants, bars and shops of Alnwick and located just outside the castle walls.
Highly recommended.
Nothing to dislike

Fab location for a midweek break. Quiet & secure, the lodge has thought of nearly everything you need for a stay. Tastefully decorated throughout following the colour allocated to our lodge (ocean blue) was a lovely touch by the owners.
Well stocked kitchen area (inc 4 slot toaster); comfortable living area with a choice of seating, free view television plus dvd player(large selection of dvds) plus games and books available.
Standard size comfy double bed (maybe a king preferable?). Fab rain shower in the modern bathroom.
Could have benefited from having a fan available - unusually warm weather for October made the lodge a bit warm - did cool down after a while.(opened windows)

Quite location at the doorsteps of Alnwick Castle. Very clean and had all you need
Maybe it would’ve been nice to have the sofa bed made as they knew we are 3 persons coming. They did give us instructions how to make the bed, though.
