The Space:

Perched in the hills of Nice, this air-conditioned 35 sqm studio opens onto a rare panorama: the Mediterranean stretching to the horizon, pine trees lining the hillside, and the city below. From the moment you step in, the light and the view set the tone for your stay.



The generously sized terrace is the true heart of the place, with a dining area and a lounge corner to enjoy at any hour — from morning coffee facing the sunrise to a relaxed evening outdoors.



Inside, the mood is soft and uncluttered, with marble-look flooring and simple decor with a seaside touch. The fold-down double bed frees up the living space by day and unfolds easily at night, made for a comfortable stay for two.



The separate kitchen is fully equipped: hob, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle let you cook just as you would at home. The modern bathroom has a bathtub with shower, storage space and a hairdryer.



Please note: the building has an interior lift, but reaching it from the street involves a fairly steep climb.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the apartment, the private terrace, and all amenities. Self check-in is available through a secure key box.



The Neighborhood:

On Avenue Saint-Jacques, the flat sits in a quiet, leafy residential area in the hills of Nice, away from the tourist bustle. A convenience store, a bakery and a few restaurants are within reach on foot or by car depending on distance, and the trails of Mont-Boron and Parc du Vinaigrier offer lovely walks nearby.



Downtown Nice and the Promenade des Anglais are a quick drive or bus ride away. Parking is on the surrounding streets, subject to availability — as the neighbourhood is quite hilly, expect a sloped walk to reach the flat from the street, whether you're driving or coming by public transport.



Other Things to Note:

To finalise your booking, our agency will send you a secure registration form — a standard step required by French regulations for all short-term rentals. You will be asked for proof of ID at this stage, in accordance with current legal requirements.



The property is prepared and maintained by our professional team: full cleaning and household linen provided for each stay. Additional paid services are available on request after confirmation.



Le Baudelaire is a non-smoking property, with no pets and no parties allowed. Please take good care of the place — charges may apply in the event of any damage.
