The loft is the star: kids climb the spiral stairs to their own kingdom with beds for three, a TV, a bathroom, and a lookout over the living room below. Parents keep the peaceful main-level bedroom, and the extra half of the crew fits comfortably, seven can sleep here in all.

Downstairs, everyone regroups on the big sectional by the pebble-stone fireplace for games and movies, while the granite kitchen dishes out chili from the crock pot to a table for six. Ceiling fans, high windows, and warm woods keep the whole space bright and comfortable.

Outside, the balcony overlooks the pool and the peaks, and winter afternoons end in the shared hot tubs and sauna. With the free shuttle handling lift access and a grill for milder days, Flying Dutchman 1109 makes Keystone easy, book it for your crew this season.

Two vehicles may park free in the unassigned outdoor lot.
