Waterfront Escape on North Water Street | Porch, Game Room, Kayaks

Settle into coastal ease at this spacious 5-bedroom, 2-bath getaway set along the curve of Broad Cove in charming Onset. The shoreline greets you right across the street, and the home’s wrap-around porch feels like a front-row seat to the daily tide show. Inside, sunlit spaces invite you to gather, from the dining room with its water-view banquet table to the cozy living room designed for slow mornings and salty evenings.

For those who like a little friendly competition, slip into the game room for a round of pool or dive into shelves of books and board games. When adventure calls, grab the provided kayaks and paddle straight into the protected waters of the cove.

Outdoors, the patio forms a breezy extension of the home. Fire up the gas grill, settle around the firepit, or simply lounge while the breeze threads through the trees. The kitchen comes fully equipped with modern appliances and all the essentials for fueling your crew.

Walk a few minutes and you’ll arrive in downtown Onset, a lively pocket of Cape life with restaurants, ice cream shops, festivals, outdoor concerts, and the postcard-pretty stretch of Onset Beach. A quick drive unlocks easy access to the Cape Cod Canal, Water Wizz, antiquing, mini golf, and the Bourne Bridge. It’s Cape Cod living without the crawl of Cape Cod traffic.

Amenities include:
Central AC, high-speed internet, washer/dryer, kayaks, pool table, firepit, gas grill, books and games, and direct access to North Water St. Beach.

There is parking for 1 car in the driveway. Street parking is available both in front of the house and on the side - those are public parking spaces, so not guaranteed.
