Between lake and mountains, in the heart of Lake Como!

Welcome to Colico, one of Lake Como’s most charming destinations, where the blue of the lake meets the green of the mountains. Cleo Home, a recently renovated apartment on two levels, accommodates up to 4 guests. On the main floor, you’ll find a comfortable living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, a modern bathroom with shower and washing machine, plus a covered terrace—perfect for meals or relaxing moments. Upstairs, a practical mezzanine with a second bedroom completes the home.

The location is ideal: just steps from the picturesque Via dei Ciacc, a great starting point for hiking or cycling to Piona Bay and Colico’s center. Private parking, a cellar for extra convenience, and free Wi-Fi are available. The property is non-smoking.

If you love sports, Colico is the right place: you can enjoy kitesurfing, windsurfing, wing foil, sailing, paddle, tennis, and cycling. Mountain lovers will find trekking and downhill trails surrounded by breathtaking scenery.

In winter, Colico is the perfect base for reaching renowned ski resorts like Madesimo, Chiesa in Valmalenco, Bormio, Livigno, Aprica, and Santa Caterina Valfurva. In summer, the village comes alive with events, markets, and traditional festivals.
