Aside that Ibiza is fantastic together with the some many beautifull beaches the quality of the food and cute little towns, to stay in this location was part of the magic. Waht to say about this location ... is perfecf for a vacation in Ibiza. the position clos to the center of the island is perfect to reach all the beachs in about 20-40 minutes. The Santa Gertrudis is very close (12 min by car) and preatty and where the breakfastes are really a pleasure. The house is behind the countryside in to a cute position. There are so many orange trees and lemmon where you can keep fruits directly from plans for fantastic morning "SPREMUTA". In June/julay apricot-tree probably will be ready! The place for grill outside is perfect, with a complet second khitchen where one can choose to use charcoal or a gas plane. The is pool quite big and there is also the idreomassage. There is a litte wood gate to go to the pool, it is very strategic for youg children!. The bigger part of the properti have 4 rooms, then there are other rooms in the same property. Also the outside rooms are good. Internet works and is for free. Cataliina and her husband are very cute and availabe ... rent this accomodation is really recommended! Catalina and Vincent's house is wonderful! It's got a tonne of character. The outside eating terrace and pool area are beautiful! The house is stocked with everything you'd need. Not only that, but Catalina and her husband are lovely hosts. We were a large group visiting for a family event. We were very disorganised, with a lot of last minute requests. Catalina helped us book transport, gave us tips, and checked in with us frequently to make sure everything was ok. I really can't recommend it highly enough! Everything went smoothly with payment, check-in etc. No hassle with deposit.

We were a large party - 10 adults, 8 children and this villa was perfect in terms of the space it offered and the facilities it provided. We really enjoyed our stay - the villa is in a great central location on the island - easy access to anywhere you want to go. I would comment that we had a couple of very young children (under 2) and there was a lot of steps on the property - just something to be aware of. One word of warning however - after we got home, the owner decided to retain 20% of our deposit stating that we had broken 25 glasses and that a number of items were missing. This was not true and when we went back to her on it, we received no response. So be sure to get a full inventory of what is claimed to be in the villa before checking in or you might suffer the same fate.

As you will probably read in many of these reviews: the photos do not do the villa justice. They don’t depict the wonderful outdoor setup which provides perfectly for large groups to enjoy their holiday. A large wooden outdoor table, sheltered by a beautiful ivy canopy is the central hangout point of the villa, and is located just down the steps from the pool area, and beside the outdoor kitchen, which is a really excellent feature - there is also still an indoor kitchen as well. There is lots of storage for food & drinks with the second fridge in the outdoor kitchen, and it even has a second dishwasher, hob and a gas-powered hotplate which aids with cooking, all on top of the built-in outdoor barbecue which is located around the large table area also. The rooms are spread out around different parts of the villa, and they all have both air conditioning and dark wooden shutters, which makes for very comfortable sleeping conditions even during daytime. The decor and quality of the furniture is spectacular throughout. The villa is also nicely secluded with no neighbours nearby. It really catered perfectly for our group of 14 to enjoy an excellent week. The only thing to be aware of if staying here, is that both access and parking are at the back of the villa, which is reached via a nearby laneway - and not the main road. This can be a little confusing on first arrival and also sometimes for taxis when they arrive. The owners are lovely and were extremely helpful throughout the whole process. My whole group would highly recommend this villa.

Our first overseas vacation in Ibiza was fabulous! We plan to go back there and we would still stay at this villa. It was perfect for our large party of 18. The villa was truly beautiful. The pictures don't do it justice.

Having just returned from our holiday to Ibiza I only have good things to say about this Villa. Catalina and Vincent were wonderful hosts, meeting us on the first night (even though it was late) and ensuring we were comfortable when we arrived. The Villa is perfect and for our first large family holiday it provided everything that we needed. The outside eating area is perfect for all the family getting together throughout the day and the evenings were spent sat around the BBQ relaxing. We can't wait to return......a fantastic Villa owned by really great people. Thanks.

We were a group of 12 adults and 6 babies who spent 2 fab weeks here in Sept 13. The photos on this villa by no chance justify how beautiful this villa is. It is Huge! The outdoor cooking facilties were amazing . Pizza pit oven and brick bbq were used everynight. There was everything you needed in the villa from juicer to blenders, to walking in the garden and picking fresh herbs (mint, sage, thyme) and lime trees;) The toaster was broken on arrival and Catalina arrived next day with a brand new one ;) The pool is up steps and gated so it was perfect especially with small children. catalina also organised babysitters for a few nights so we all got out as a group. I would highly recommend this villa but would advise a car, though taxi service was not too bad. Near the village Saint Gertrudis (beautiflu) Thank you Vincent and Catalina for a memorable stay at your villa. We will be back in the future!

Quite simply fantastic! As other testimonials state, the photos really do not do it justice. The rooms were well decorated and spacious, the amenities were perfect for 11 adults and 2 children and still with the capacity to accommodate more. We are already thinking of booking again for next year. Not to be missed.

This house is simply amazing! It is very hard to describe and as other people have noted in their reviews - the pictures simply do not do the house justice. It is a very large and spread out house that weaves inside and outside as you walk throughout it, and is what really can't be described or shown in pictures. Once you walk out the door of some bedrooms you are outside and some you are inside - and there are times with the outside seems like the inside, and vice versa. It works perfectly on such an island as Ibiza. The owner was very pleasant to deal with, and there is a gardener/pool cleaner who stopped by a couple times during the week that was also very friendly - he even dropped off a box of freshly picked vegetables one day! We put them to good use on homemade pizzas in the wood burning oven at the house. There is also an outdoor fireplace with grill racks that we used to make fresh fish one night. I'm telling you this house is the best!!!
