Experience the perfect blend of modern comfort and charm in our stylish 1BR apartment located in the heart of Nashville`s hidden gem, the beautiful neighborhood of Germantown.
Perfect for couples, professionals, families, and friends. Includes a Free Gated Parking Lot, Onsite Gym, Season Pool, 1G Wifi, and more!
Only 5min to Broadway if that`s what you`re here for, but don`t mistake Germantown`s tranquility for emptiness, the blend of comfort and culture is truly something special.
- Please follow the Community Guidelines posted on the fridge. There are residents in this complex and failure to comply with the community rules can result in fines.
- Noise: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please moderate noise—including television volume and conversations—especially later in the evening. Repeated noise disturbances may result in fines or eviction (Noise Monitors are in each unit).
- Trash: Dispose of all trash in the black bins outside your apartment. Only put TIED BAGS in the bins. Trash Valet Service comes 5pm-7pm Sunday through Thursday. DO NOT use neighbors’ bins or leave trash in hallways, balconies, or common areas. If your bin overflows, please take bags to the dumpster in the parking lot (bring your key fob to get back into the parking lot). Failure to comply with these guidelines will result in a fine imposed by the apartment complex of $100.
- Unfortunately we do not book to locals.
- Please add pets to your stay if you are bringing one. Pets must be leashed in common areas, and pet waste must be cleaned up immediately. Excessive barking or disruptive behavior is not permitted. Pets are not allowed on furniture, couches or beds. If furniture/linens are damaged or there is evidence of this rule being broken (i.e. excessive hair on couch or bed), there will be a $200 fee imposed. One pet maximum unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Sink & Dishes: Sink is adhered to the marble countertop, so do not overload the sink with dirty dishes. Put all dirty dishes directly in the dishwasher. Load and run the dishwasher prior to checkout. Improper use may incur additional repair charges.
- Please be mindful of the Key Fob to the gated private parking lot. There will be a $60 fee if it is missing or damaged. The next guest needs it too!
- Early Check In / Late Check Out will be considered on a case by case basis. There is a $25 Charge for Early Check in (2pm Earliest) or late check out (Noon latest).
- 5 guest maximum.
- No Parties as this is a family complex.
