We stayed here with our kids during spring break, and it worked out so well. There was plenty of space for everyone, and having outdoor areas to enjoy made the stay even better. It felt easy and comfortable the entire stay.

I enjoyed morning coffee on the enclosed lanai with peaceful views of Estero Bay and ended most evenings on the terrace watching the colors change over the water of the Gulf — pure bliss. The kitchen was fully equipped with high‑end appliances and everything I needed, and the smart‑home touches throughout the unit made the stay even more comfortable. The primary suite felt like a private retreat, and the split‑bedroom layout made hosting guests effortless. The Waterside community itself is outstanding. The grounds are beautifully kept, the pool and spa area are resort‑quality, and having deeded beach access made every day feel like a vacation. I also loved the walking paths, pickle ball, bocce and tennis courts, putting and chipping greens super to have. The fitness center was well maintained, and the sense of safety and privacy within the gated community is a luxury for a vacation property. The location on the south end of Fort Myers Beach couldn't be better — quiet, scenic, and close to marinas, restaurants, and everything you'd want for a relaxing coastal getaway. I would return in a heartbeat. This condo delivers the perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and waterfront living. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy the best of Fort Myers Beach.
