Mornings start around the granite breakfast bar while pancakes come off the stove; evenings wind down with a movie by the fire or board games at the big dining table. The leather sectional has room for the whole crew, and the covered deck is perfect for hot cocoa while snow drifts through the pines.

Grown-ups get two peaceful bedrooms with crisp linens and stone-tiled baths, and kids climb the spiral staircase to claim the loft's cozy bed alcoves — bedtime negotiations solved. The entryway is built for family ski trips, with benches, boot cubbies, and racks that keep gear organized and hallways dry.

Between ski sessions, splash in the heated outdoor pool, soak in the shared hot tubs, or thaw out in the sauna just steps away. Gather your group and book Flying Dutchman 1132 for your Keystone winter.

One permitted vehicle parks free in the unassigned outdoor lot; the permit must be displayed.
