Cocoonr agency offers this charming 63 m² flat to rent in Pléneuf-Val-André, less than a kilometre from the beach and 800 m from the golf course. It has wifi internet access and can accommodate up to 2 people.
Located on the ground floor, it comprises a pretty 36 m² living room opening onto a large 21 m² south-facing terrace, a large fully-equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom and a bathroom (with shower). Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

The beaches of Val André and Grève des Vallées are a 10-minute walk away. The golf course is 800m away.
