Manque d’équipement de cuisine (gros chaudrons, ciseaux, plats, …). Peu de verres, d’assiettes, d’ustensiles, de savon a lave-vaisselle, … Peu d’espace dans certaines chambres. Salle de douche attenante a une chambre, donc tous doivent y passer. L’annonce mentionnait la présence d’un bain (c’était un des critères de sélection du logis) mais il y en avait aucun. Même chose pour un bidet. Peu de luminosité (fenêtres dans l’espace de vie)

Our stay and the place itself were pleasant, and everything was fine until we were deeply disappointed by how the staff handled their own mistake. We rented this Airbnb to prepare for our wedding day. Before leaving at around 11:50 AM, we made sure all electronics were unplugged. However, around 3:00 PM—right in the middle of our grand entrance at our wedding reception—they called us frantically claiming there was a fire because the alarm was blaring, and they demanded that we return to the Airbnb immediately. How could we possibly leave in the middle of our own wedding? We were terrified and panicking on the most special day of our lives. We kept asking ourselves how a fire could have started hours after we left, because if an actual fire had broken out after 11:50 AM, the house would have burned down long before 3:00 PM. We could not enjoy our special day because of this. In fact, we repeatedly told the host over the phone that we were about to march onto the stage, but she kept insisting that we return to check the property. She caused us so much distress that I just wanted to cry; I would not wish that experience on my worst enemy. We were sick with worry, thinking we might face financial ruin on our wedding day over a fire we allegedly caused. To make matters worse, when we asked for clarification later, they admitted there was no fire at all—it was just a dead battery in the fire alarm that needed to be replaced. They should have performed basic maintenance before our check-in so this would not happen. Their negligence and total lack of empathy ruined a once-in-a-lifetime day for us, and we are extremely dissatisfied and disappointed.
