The Granny Flat was perfect, great location, very clean with every need covered. Very private, peaceful with a beautiful garden setting and security no issues. We were happy to leave a bicycles unsecured. The host was very responsive and respectful. We were also surprised with a lovely box of chocolates.

Neil’s place is comfortable and well equiped in a good location between the sea and Normanville town. Great value for money.

Communicating with the host was outstanding. The studio is small but has everything you would need for a short stay. Clean, comfortable and well equipped. The bed is supportive (for those with back issues) and comfy. Nice towels (always a plus) and large size shower with a high shower head for very tall people. Wash liquid plus a bar of actual soap supplied as well. Nice coffees and teas supplied and a 2 burner gas stove and decent sized fridge for self catering. There is a washing machine and drier in a separate area (ask the host) and everything is neat and clean. EXTRA SPECIAL? A box of chocolates on the kitchen table on arrival. Carved leg table in the bedroom that serves as a decent sized desk. A ton of power points in all the right places. A wisteria covered portico and EU table and chairs to sit in the shade/sun with morning coffee. Being tucked away behind the main house feels peaceful, private and safe. Being able to pick snow peas and fresh herbs. Being within walking distance of both the shops and the beach. Absolutely lovely hosts, on hand if needed but otherwise respecting their guests privacy. No wonder this studio and it's hosts are so well rated by staying guests. Thank so much for a lovely stay.
