I knew renovations were going on and that breakfast and bar would not be open during our stay, Grace recommended shops and cafes very closeby so we did not want for anything. Grace was upfront about everything and couldn't have done enough for us. Location is ideal for us and we definitely will be returning soon. We wish Grace and her family every success in their new expansion. Lovely people, it was a pleasure to meet them.
No complaints, everything was communicated thoroughly. Our stay was comfortable and Grace was on hand if we needed anything. We could not think of one issue during our visit, full marks from us, thank you.

Everything, the accommodation, the bar, the food, the team and the locals.

Clean, room was nicely decorated.
Bed was very comfortable
Appreciate the place was being renovated but a dresser or somewhere to hang clothes would be useful in the room.

Newly renovated to a very high standard.
Great food- we ate both evenings. Friendly staff who couldn’t do enough for you- thanks a million.
Lovely comfortable rooms, good shower, Smart TV.
Bus stop literally across the road into Belfast city.
