Hotel staff talk aloud in the corridors which can b heard in the rooms & also they watch mobiles aloud .this disturbs the guests .

Hotel staff were continually talking in loud voice in the corridor & were pkayong mobile aloud which was terribly disturbing .

The room was one of the biggest we stayed in the trip.

We went straight to the car park and had one person bringing the bags while I went to check. However, during that time 2 more people joined to take our things! Not only that, another person just walked into the room just before we go in and pretended to clean in for a minute and expect us to tip. I didn't like the way that 4 people decided to do a job that could have been easily done by one person. I don't mind tipping for genuine help, but not for those just touch the bag or move the mop, just for tip So the following morning, I decided to take bags to the car. Also, we've people knocking on the doors a few times asking if we wanted tea or coffee, knowing it was just us! It made my aunty and I very uncomfortable.
