S Comfort Inn

The interior, the facilities in the room, supportive staffs and location.

Ventilation was not there, no window as the room was in the middle

Location was great. The room itself was good - clean and comfortable.

The staff was not friendly nor attentive at all. At least 3 times I walked in an the worker was sitting in a chair with his back to the door, not once ever even greeting or looking to see who is coming in. I could have brought in 3-4 visitors and never would have been seen. Also, I wrote earlier about a little earlier check-in and when I arrived, he said he could not do, even though my response said early arrival was approved. He said, "That is Booking.com giving approval not us." I said, "NO, messages are from the hotel and not Booking.com." He stopped arguing after that but was not friendly at all.

Only the location

The rooms, facilities, cleanliness, staff everything was not good
