Very clean, spacious, great location for city centre

Nothing bad about property. Arrival instructions by car were a little complicated, but fine once you had arrived!

Such a gorgeous apartment, exceptionally clean, modern, well presented & quiet at night. Very comfy beds, fluffy white towels & access to a dishwasher & washing machine if we needed them. The 2 bedrooms & bathrooms were perfect for our family group of 3 adults. The secure parking was an added bonus & we were given an easy to follow guide regarding access to the parking space & apartment. The hosts communicated with me before and throughout our stay so we're easily contactable if we needed anything. We walked into the city which took about 15mins . Plenty of taxi's around if needed. Would definitely recommend & stay here when we visit York again. It's such a lovely city !

Nothing to report about the apartment.

Loved this property , felt safe with lots of daylight ,easy access ,perfect location!!

Nothing , it was amazing

The property is modern, clean and tastefully furnished. It also comes with complimentary basement parking. We will allowed an hour of complimentary extension to check out which was very much needed.

The car entry and exit of the property. We arrived after 6 pm and had difficulty contacting the staff for immediate help as the code for the carpark didn’t work. Our phone messages were routed to their answering machine as we could not get a response when calling the emergency telephone number. Fortunately a resident walked by and offered to open the basement gate for us to drive inside the property. The basement gate is also not automatic and someone has to stand at the gate to press the button when driving out.
