Great property close to Times Square in the heart of New York. My family and I spent the past 4th of July weekend there and the location can’t be beat. Easy communication with the host, check in was smooth and accommodating, and property was in very good shape. Highly recommend for any family or friends trip to the city.

Great location. Spacious and clean apartment. It was a great alternative for a family weekend in NYC that wouldn’t fit easily into a hotel room option.

Perfect location in midtown in a very clean and well appointed 4BR. It was great for my family to enjoy breakfast together before hitting the town for all the Central Park on the broadway, and midtown sites, then regroup in the evening for comparing pictures and stories of our NYC day together.

This is in an excellent location, and the views are great from the rooms. The apartment is very large and was comfortable for my family. Check in was not smooth since we were told to not tell the front desk we booked via VRBO if they asked why we were there that were just visiting a friend. There was a hold up when my family tried to enter the building and the diagram they gave us on where to go to the elevator was not correct. The couches and carpet in the living room were kind of dirty. The upstairs bathrooms both had a sewer smell and when they came out to fix the issue they just used some type of cleaner to mask the smell. It came back withing 12 hours of them using the cleaner. One of the bathroom toilet seats were also broken and kept falling which they said they were sending someone out to fix but it was never fixed. The washer and dryer worked well. It had a large refrigerator and a Kuerig to make coffee with. I gave it a 4 because of location and it wasn't completely unreasonable on the price.
