Villa Adel is perfect if you love being outdoors and want to enjoy time with your family—from a good meal to a refreshing dip—all in a peaceful and private setting, far from the noise of city traffic.

The villa is spread over two floors:
On the upper floor, you’ll find the master bedroom with a new mattress, a full bathroom, and the second bedroom with two single beds.

On the first floor, you’ll find a second full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster) with an adjacent laundry area, and a charming living-dining room overlooking the beautiful terrace.

Outside, there is a spacious terrace with a covered porch—ideal for all meals of the day—a relaxation area, a large heated pool with lounge chairs perfect for sunbathing, and a Canarian-style garden.

The villa also has private parking within a gated community.

The nearest supermarket is a 2-minute drive away.
Just a 10-minute drive away is the town center, where you’ll find bars, restaurants, shops, pharmacies, and playgrounds.
Marina Rubicón is less than 15 minutes away, and the wonderful beaches of Papagayo are just over 20 minutes away by car.
Parties and events are not allowed in the house.
Smoking is not permitted inside the house.
