La Casita is perfect if you’re looking for a second home by the sea—it has everything you need to make your vacation unforgettable!
The house is spread over two floors. Upstairs, you’ll find a spacious master bedroom with a private full bathroom and a large, sunny terrace offering spectacular views of the ocean and the headlands of the Papagayo Beaches; the second double bedroom, also spacious, features a balcony with the same views and an adjacent full bathroom.
On the first floor, you’ll find the third double bedroom; a half-bath; and a fully equipped (recently renovated) kitchen with everything you need, opening onto a spacious and bright living-dining room with views of the terrace.
The outdoor area, which enjoys sunshine all day long, features an outdoor dining area adjacent to the kitchen; a chill-out area ideal for spending the afternoon reading your favorite book or chatting with your guests.
And let’s not forget the fantastic heated pool (included) and the breathtaking views.
The house also has air conditioning (included) in the upstairs bedrooms and in the open-concept kitchen-living-dining area.
The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood with a private entrance. Parking is available on the street (which is very quiet and safe).
