Pool Heating Information
Pool heating is available for $100 per night.
Pool - 20 ft x 8 ft
The maximum pool temperature is 86°F. Please note that pool heaters are affected by outdoor temperatures. If outside temperatures drop below 55°F, we are unable to activate the heater due to the risk of damage to the equipment and plumbing.
Pool heating is not available from mid-November through March.
If you would like the pool heated for your stay, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to arrival, as it typically takes approximately 12 hours for the pool to reach the desired temperature.
*Please Note: The pier has recently been removed and is no longer available for guest use.*

The house is well built and laid out for multiple guests. The views of the sound and ocean are beautiful. Lots of outdoor seating. The lounge pool is really nice.

We just wrapped up a fantastic 3-day weekend and absolutely loved it! The location is unbeatable—just a quick 2-minute walk to the sand. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had a fully stocked kitchen that made cooking easy. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and sipping coffee on the balcony with a view of the water was the highlight of our trip. The host was proactive and easy to communicate with. We highly recommend this property and can’t wait to book another stay!
