Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire apartment for the duration of their stay, however, please note that the balcony is a communal space with the neighbouring apartment (also managed by Honey Homes). Children are not recommended in this area with out the supervision of an adult. The keypad code for the balcony is the same one used to access the property.

⚫ Please note that the apartment complex has 3 flights of stairs before reaching this apartment. Each flight contains approximately 6-7 stairs.

⚫ To access the undercover carpark, enter via Gunthers Lane. Collect key from lockbox at the carpark garage roller door . Enter the undercover parking area and park in Bay 3 (one vehicle only). Walk to the back of the carpark and enter through the door at the end (use the keys to unlock), which leads to the elevator. Take the elevator to Ground level (press G). Exit the elevator into the foyer and proceed through the timber glass doors on the opposite corner. Climb the three flights of stairs to reach the apartment.
